Two UIKA Bogor Graduate School Lecturers Receive KATALIS 2024 Programme Funding

Bogor: In an effort to encourage innovation and scientific development, two lecturers from the Postgraduate School of Ibn Khaldun University (UIKA) Bogor succeeded in obtaining funding for the Strategic Research Collaboration Programme (KATALIS) for Fiscal Year 2024.

The program, organised by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) through the Directorate of Research, Technology, and Community Service (DRTPM), provides financial support for research that has the potential for great impact on society and industry.

Dr. Popy Novita Pasaribu, M.B.S., from the Master of Management Study Programme, and Dr. Widyasari, M.P.D., from the Master of Educational Technology Study Programme are the lecturers who successfully obtained this funding.

The research of Dr. Popy Novita Pasaribu, M.B.S., collaborates with three other campuses, namely the Unitary Institute of Business and Informatics, Pakuan University in Bogor, and Nusa Putra University in Sukabumi, where UIKA is the consortium coordinator.
Meanwhile, Dr. Widyasari, M.Pd., conducted a consortium with two other campuses, namely Makassar State University. and Muhammadiyah University of Pare-Pare.

The research of the two lecturers entitled ‘Innovation of Cloud Computing Applications in SCM Towards Go Global MSME HalalPro’ and ‘LMS-Based PAI Teaching Material Needs Assessment to Increase the Accessibility of Learning Resources for Teachers and Learning Citizens of Minori Education Center Japan’ is considered to have relevance to the challenges faced today and has the potential to produce innovative solutions.
Hopefully, this research grant will also motivate the lecturers of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School to continue to hone themselves and develop their potential.
