Dr. Amir Tengku Ramly, M.Si, became a resource person in the Training Program for Strengthening the Personality of Educators and Education Personnel.

On Friday, November 29, 2024, State Junior High School 259 Jakarta carried out a training program for strengthening the personality of educators and education personnel by presenting Dr. Amir Tengku Ramly, M.Si, as a lecturer at the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School as a resource person.

In delivering his material, Dr. Amir Tengku Ramly, M.Si, raised the theme “Strengthening the Personality of Teachers and Education Personnel Based on the Tre HR Model,” which reviewed various important aspects related to educational leadership, including strategies for developing the professionalism of educators and innovative solutions in facing modern educational challenges.

Participants who attended the activity consisted of teachers and education personnel of State Junior High School 259 Jakarta.

This activity received high enthusiasm from the participants, as seen from the activeness in the discussion and the positive feedback given. It is hoped that the material that has been presented can be implemented effectively to support the progress of education in SMP Negeri 259 Jakarta.

Hopefully, UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School lecturers can continue to provide dedication in community service with each of their scientific fields.
