UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School Conducts Accreditation Visitation in the Form of Field Assessment for the Sharia Economics Doctoral Program

Bogor, January 22, 2025: UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School again carried out an Accreditation Visitation in the form of a Field Assessment for the Sharia Economics Doctoral Program with the Assessor Team from LAMEMBA, namely Prof. Dr. Toto Gunarto, S.E., M.Si as Assessor I and Prof. Dr. M. Shabri Abd Majid, S.E., M.Ec as Assessor II.

This activity was attended by the Chairman of the Ibn Khaldun Bogor Islamic Education Foundation Dr. H. Didi Hilman, S.H., M.H., M.Pd.I, the Rector of UIKA Bogor, Prof. H.E Mujahidin and accompanied by the vice rectors, as well as the Director of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School Prof. Dr. KH. Didin Hafidhuddin, MS, Deputy Director I of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School H. Hendri Tanjung, Ph.D as Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Innovation, and Student Affairs, Deputy Director II, Dr. H. Ibdalsyah, M.A as Deputy Director for Resources, Da’wah and Cooperation…, Head of the Sharia Economics Doctoral Program Prof. Dr. H. Jaih Mubarok, S.E., M.H., M.Ag., Secretary of the Sharia Economics Doctoral Program Hj. Qurroh Ayuniyyah, S.E., M.Ec., Ph.D., and all the staff involved.

The activity took place in several stages, starting with the first speech delivered by Prof. H.E. Mujahidin conveying and explaining about study programs both at the bachelor, masters, and doctoral levels, as well as the achievements that have been achieved by the University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor. He hopes that UIKA Bogor and maintain the quality of education as well as possible.

The second speech was given by Dr. H. Didi Hilman, S.H., M.H., M.Pd.I. He expressed his gratitude and pride for the progress achieved by UIKA Bogor, both at the bachelor, master, and doctoral levels.

Then the next speech, delivered by the LAMEMBA Assessor Team, Prof. Dr. Toto Gunarto, S.E., M.Si, as Assessor, I said that he was very happy to come and be given such a warm, friendly, and very good welcome from the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School. He hopes that during the implementation of this field assessment everything will go well and the results are as expected.

Then remarks were also given by Prof. Dr. M. Shabri Abd Majid, S.E., M.Ec., as Assessor II; he said that UIKA Bogor is one of the good campuses seen from the building and facilities—infrastructure and other services. He said that UIKA Bogor is a modern campus, but its Islamic value remains, and that makes him very happy.

Finally, H. Hendri Tanjung, Ph.D., as Deputy Director for Academic, Innovation, and Student Affairs, introduced one by one the Heads of Study Programs, both from the Masters (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs, as well as the parties involved in this Field Assessment (accreditation).

The next event was a detailed introduction from the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School, especially the Sharia Economics Doctoral Program, to the LAMEMBA Assessor Team as a whole and continued with an assessment of all lecturers, students, and educational staff, ending with closing and group photos.

On January 23, 2025, the LAMEMBA Assessor Team visited the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School Building and was welcomed by Deputy Director II, namely Dr. H. Ibdalsyah, M.A. as Deputy Director for Resources, Da’wah, and Cooperation, Chair of the Sharia Economics Doctoral Program Prof. Dr. H. Jaih Mubarok, S.E., M.H., M.Ag., and Nuzul Hady Djamaran, S.H., as Head of Administration, with an agenda to see one by one the facilities at the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School, such as the director’s room, deputy director I and deputy director II rooms, classrooms, study rooms, student lounges, professors’ rooms, libraries, multimedia labs, prayer rooms, and other facilities.

Hopefully the hard work and synergy that have been carried out by all levels of the UIKA Bogor Postgraduate School can provide satisfying results. Aamiin Allahuma Aamiin.
